Reviews Belong Somewhere You Can Verify Them
We do not reprint testimonials on this page. Anyone can type a five star quote into their own website, which is exactly why a quote on a company's own site is worth very little to the person reading it.
Our reviews live on our Google Business Profile, where every one of them is attached to a real Google account, carries a date, and cannot be edited or removed by us. You can read them, sort them, and see how we responded, all on a page we do not control. That is the only kind of review that should carry any weight with you.
What to Ask Before You Hire Anyone
Reviews are one input. If you are collecting quotes for insulation work in the Phoenix metro area, these are the questions that separate a real estimate from a number on a scrap of paper. Does the written estimate name the specific product, the installed thickness and the exact area being covered? Two bids are not comparable unless all three are stated. Has the contractor actually been into the attic or the building, or are they quoting from a floor plan and a phone call? Have they explained why they are recommending open-cell over closed-cell, or the roof deck over the attic floor, in terms of your building rather than in general? And are they willing to tell you that a cheaper option is adequate, when it is?
A contractor who answers those four questions clearly is usually worth more than one with a slightly better star average.
